Way Too Many Ballots in Manoa

Inside Honolulu reports:

Uh-oh. Looks like voters in Manoa can vote twice.

KHON is reporting that about 800 people in that area received two absentee ballots in the mail.

Now it’s on elections officials to make sure everyone only casts one ballot.
