Office of Hawaiian Affairs Closes on Purchase of Gentry Pacific Design Center
That’s according to this report in Pacific Business News:
The sale of the Gentry Pacific Design Center in Honolulu to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs has closed, according to public conveyance tax documents from the Hawaii Department of Taxation, which said that the state agency paid $21.37 million for the center.
The 185,787-square-foot building at 560 N. Nimitz Highway and its three parcels had been assessed for about $28.8 million in 2008, according to tax records.
