Sustainable Development Co. Reaches Deal for Hana Ranch

The owners of Hana Ranch and Bio-Logical Capital will be announcing “the execution of an agreement” on Thursday, according to Harrison Sheppard, head of Hana Ranch Partners’ executive committee. 

Bio-Logical Capital has been working for months on a deal to buy the east Maui ranch, as Civil Beat reported in July. 

Sheppard said that it “was a very complex transaction. It’s not technically correct to say the sale has been finalized.”

He said he couldn’t disclose further details at this time.
