10:24 p.m. — Gabbard Dedicates Victory To Troops

Tulsi Gabbard has just given what amounts to a victory speech to supporters gathered here at her party at the Blaisdell. Gov. Neil Abercrombie and wife Nancie Caraway introduced her, with Caraway saying Gabbard’s victory would make Patsy Mink happy.

Gabbard’s dedicated her victory to troops serving overseas, who she said sacrifice to make it possible for us to celebrate democracy here.
